    *VIPs have a ONE time $19.99 fee with two additional flexship orders ANYTIME in their lifetime! No time commitment when you order and no hidden fees! Yes, you control what your want and when you want it! Flexships are an $84 minimum. Flash sales cannot be added to flexships. Flexships can be placed anytime between the 1st -25th of each month.

  • VIP Points is a tier-based rewards perk that allows VIP Customers to earn points on any regular, Flexship or Flash Sale order. For each $1 spent on any order, you will get 1 VIP Point. For every 100 points earned, you are automatically rewarded with a $10 off coupon which can be used toward your next regular or Flexship order!

  • There are three ways to order: Spend money - retail pay full price & shipping| Save Money - VIP saving a minimum of 15%| Make money - Market Partner (like me) ask me any questions but no quotas or strings attached a base savings of 30%.

    Flexship program - this is your customizable ordering system that occurs every 30-60 days. With this option, you will get free shipping and a free only for you gift on any order over $84. You can set the order to run any date between the 1-25th of the month and can include any combination of products you want! If you aren’t ready for products, push the date back 30-60 days as many times as needed. Step by step video can be found here.

    Can a Flexship be shut off? Yes! After a total of 3 flexships it can be turned off and you'll still maintain your VIP status for LIFE! You can turn it back on anytime you'd like.

    Regular order - You can go to shop tab, add products to cart and order products at any time. The downside to this method of shopping is you miss out on the free shipping and free gift.

    Flash Sales/Promotions - MONAT frequently runs great flash sales for VIP customers. With every flash sale, you will receive free shipping and great discounts. You can log in, click shop, promotions to see current deals.

  • No! Flexship are between 30-60 day segments. Before that order processes, you will receive and email and likely a text from me, reminding you of the order. You have the opportunity to edit the cart and change the products, push the order out another 30-60 days or let it come as is! You can delay the order as many time as you would like. There are no time restrictions on your orders.

  • As a VIP, any time you order through your flexship with an order that is $84+ you get to select a free OFY gift. They change month to month and often reflect travel size products or exclusive OFY products that are not available for normal purchase.

  • Any time you order through your flexship with an order of $84+, with a flash sale or a birthday coupon, you will receive free shipping!

  • You can easily update your address on your website so your products come to the right place or ask me to do it for you!

    *Be sure to do it in TWO places to avoid shipping issues.

    Settings - update your address by clicking account, account information and update the mailing address. This will update it for your account for regular orders and sale orders.
